Can you produce according to samples or drawings?

Yes, we can manufacture products based on your samples or technical drawings. We also have the capability to design and produce molds and fixtures in-house.

What is your sample policy?

Samples can be provided if parts are available in stock. Customers are responsible for the sample cost and courier charges.

How is the tooling charge handled?

The tooling charge is collected only once with the first order. No additional tooling fees will be charged for future orders, even in cases of tooling maintenance or repair.

Do you test all products before delivery?

Yes, we conduct a full inspection before shipment to ensure consistent quality and compliance with specifications.

What are your packing terms?

Generally, our products are packed in neutral cartons and pallets. Customized or branded packaging is available upon receipt of your legally registered trademark or authorization letter.

What is your delivery time?

Normally, delivery takes 20–30 days after receiving the advance payment. The exact lead time depends on the product type and order quantity. For non-standard items, an additional 10–15 days may be required for tooling or mold development.

What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T, with 50% deposit and 50% balance before delivery or against a copy of the shipping B/L. For long-term cooperation, more flexible payment terms can be discussed.

What are your delivery terms?

EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.
